These Terms govern your use of the SMS rental notification service operated by Sum of Parts LLC.

1. Service Description

Sum of Parts LLC sends transactional SMS messages to confirm equipment rental bookings made through our platform. Message frequency varies based on booking activity (typically 1 message per booking).

2. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

5. Rental Terms

All rentals are subject to availability and must be returned by 12pm on the end date (late dropoff incurs a 30% surcharge). Early pickup before 2pm incurs a 20% surcharge. Renters must not remove equipment tags. Sum of Parts LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to rented equipment.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the lawsterms of the State of New York.
